Data Request: Can I have my requested data written to media?
Yes, when requesting data, 2 options are made available: a) "Instant Download" which enables to use the Download Manager or 2) USB disk, which enables to get your data request(s) copied onto a USB disk.
Please note that the minimum amount of data that can be requested to get copied onto a USB disk is currently 400GB. This does not imply that larger requests can not be retrieved via the "Instant Download" functionality. It is expected that you send the USB disk back to ESO in a reasonable time after you received it.
