Data Request: Why is my request in "OK" status (green checkmark) although I have received a message stating that my request failed?

This is because the request status is adjusted dynamically and always shows the current value. Failure of a request always triggers an investigation by the Archive operators team, who take corrective actions. Successful troubleshooting leads to the status being set to OK. It is thus recommended that the Users revisit failing requests.

The Archive team will contact the User if it is not possible to fix the request immediately and offer an alternate solution.
