Tcl Interface

The Tcl interface is probably the most flexible and easy to use, since you don't have to deal with classes or structures. The interface is through the Tcl command: astrocat(n) . 1 This command behaves much like an [incr Tcl] class in that you create a catalog object and then use it to access catalog operations.

1. The astroimage command, previously used to access image servers, is now obsolete. The astrocat command now handles both catalogs and image servers.
