skyline_number number of observed skyline positions along the slit
avg_accuracy mean model accuracy of wavelength calibration over all rows (pixel, since 2006-10-01)
sig_accuracy sigma of model accuracy of wavelength calibration over all rows (pixel, since 2006-10-01)
mjd_obs MJD-OBS of (first) raw file
cal_temp focus temperature of calibration data (C degrees)
airmass average airmass
ins_focus_temp focus temperature (C degrees)
image_quality_tel Average image quality as delivered by active optics to instrument (arcsec, keyword TEL.IA.FWHM)
