cdbfile varchar name of master calibration file (QC convention)
pipefile varchar pipeline name of associated reduced calibration file
arcfile varchar archive name of (first) raw file
origfile varchar original name of (first) raw file (PSO convention)
mjd_obs float MJD-OBS of (first) raw file
tpl_start varchar TPL start time
civil_date datetime date of observations

2. QC1 Keywords

skyline_position float wavelength of the reference skyline
skyline_rms float rms of (observed skyline position - reference skyline position) along the mask (pixel)
skyline_offset float average of (observed skyline position - reference skyline position) along the mask (pixel)
skyline_number int number of observed skyline positions along the slit
avg_accuracy float mean model accuracy of wavelength calibration over all rows (pixel, since 2006-10-01)
sig_accuracy float sigma of model accuracy of wavelength calibration over all rows (pixel, since 2006-10-01)
cal_temp float focus temperature of calibration data (C degrees)
airmass float average airmass
