APEX Query Form

Archive Facility HOME ESO HOME    Form INFO FAQ

Description

This form provides access to observations performed with APEX since July, 11 2005 that are stored on-line in the Science Archive Facility in Garching.
To request data you have to register as an ESO/ST-ECF Archive user. A request can be submitted following the instructions in the results table.
Observing logs and CLASS files for the SHFI/APEX-2A/FLASH data are available as a tar file found as a link in the column "TAR file" of the query results page.
APEX-2A, LABOCA and SHFI Science Verification data are also available from the dedicated Science Verification page.
Please note that APEX refers time to the TAI system; all date/time references in the query and in the files refer to this system.
We request that any publication using APEX data adds the following acknowledgement as a footnote after the first mentioning of APEX in the body of the text:
"This publication is based on data acquired with the Atacama Pathfinder Experiment (APEX). APEX is a collaboration between the Max-Planck-Institut fuer Radioastronomie, the European Southern Observatory, and the Onsala Space Observatory."
