Server returns a tab separated table of row/col values.

Is similar to catalog, but is used for catalogs representing archives of images.

Server returns a single line with id, ra and dec to resolve the given object name.

imagesvr
|
Server returns an image file in FITS format. The image may be compressed, however the
Content-type
should indicate the type of compression:

image/x-hfits means the image is H compressed.

image/x-gfits or image/x-gstarbase means image is gzipped.
-
image/x-cfits or image/x-cstarbase means UNIX compressed.
-
text/html is taken to be an error message in HTML format.

A local catalog file in tab table format (same format as the output of the catalog servers).

This is a special entry where the URL is a pointer to another catalog config file, used to build up a tree of catalog providers.
