conad measured CONAD (ADU/e-)
gain measured gain (e-/ADU; inverse of CONAD, but the same quantity as DET.OUT1.CONAD)
autocorr Autocorrelation factor (NIR only)
conad_corr measured CONAD (ADU/e-) taking the autocorrelation factor into account (NIR only)
gain_corr measured gain (e-/ADU) taking the autocorrelation factor into account (NIR only)
gain_err error of measured gain (e-/ADU)
bad_pixels number of bad pixels
fpn fixed pattern noise
min_count minimum counts used for linearity estimate
max_count maximum counts used for linearity estimate
non_linear relative deviation from linearity at the flux level given in flux_non_linear
flux_non_linear flux at which the non-linearity is calculated
