dimm_corr average DIMM seeing (arcsec, corrected for airmass and wavelength)
avg_ellipt Average Ellipticity
rms_ellipt RMS deviation
num_stars_rms Number of stars used to determine ellipticity and RMS of both ellipticity and IQ
num_stars_iq Number of stars used to determine IQ
flat_X flatness along X axis
flat_Y flatness along Y axis
pattern rms of background image averaged along Y axis (to detect bias pattern)
airm_start airmass at start
airm_end airmass at end
