		mjd_obs	MJD-OBS of (first) raw file
		avg_accuracy	mean of model accuracy over all rows (pixel, since 2006-10-01)
		sig_accuracy	sigma of model accuracy over all rows (pixel, since 2006-10-01)
		max_curv	maximum slit curvature coefficient
		max_slope	maximum slit slope coefficient
		mean_disp_av	dispersion (Ang/pix) over all slits
		central_wlen	computed wavelength at the center of slitlet #10 (center of field)
		ins_focus_temp	focus temperature (C degrees)
		central_resol	mean spectral resolution averaged over whole CCD
		central_resol_rms	rms of spectral resolution over whole CCD
		nlines_total	total number of lines
		central_resol_meanrms	mean rms of spectral resolution for each line, averaged over all lines (since 2006-10-01)
		nwave	independent number of wavelengths used for resolution (since 2006-10-01)
		avg_sn	average S/N in column at central grism wavelength of normalized master flat field from pixels with flux between 0 and 10
		npix_sn	percentage of pixels used to calculate average S/N in column at central grism wavelength of normalized master flat field
		nflat	number of raw flat used to produce master flat
		n_saturated	number of saturated pixels in the flat
