x_min pixel corresponding to the minimum wavelength
x_max pixel corresponding to the maximum wavelength
n_lin number of used lines
mjd_obs MJD-OBS of (first) raw file
mean_resid average of the residuals at the slit center (until 2006-09-30)
sig_resid sigma of the residuals at the slit center (until 2006-09-30)
avg_accuracy mean of model accuracy over all rows (pixel, since 2006-10-01)
sig_accuracy sigma of model accuracy over all rows (pixel, since 2006-10-01)
ins_focus_temp focus temperature (C degrees)
disp dispersion (Ang/pix) for the central row
central_wlen computed wavelength at the CCD center
central_resol mean spectral resolution averaged over whole CCD
central_resol_rms rms of spectral resolution over whole CCD
nlines_total total number of lines used for resolution
