cdbfile varchar name of master calibration file (QC convention)
pipefile varchar pipeline name of associated reduced calibration file
arcfile varchar archive name of (first) raw file
mjd_obs float MJD-OBS of (first) raw file
tpl_start varchar TPL start time
civil_date datetime date of observations

2. QC1 Keywords

resid_min float minimum residual of fit
resel_min float minimum residual of fit after sigma clipping
resid_max float maximum residual of fit
