cdbfile varchar name of master calibration file (QC convention)
pipefile varchar pipeline name of associated reduced calibration file
arcfile varchar archive name of (first) raw file
origfile varchar original name of (first) raw file (PSO convention)
mjd_obs float MJD-OBS of (first) raw file
tpl_start varchar TPL start time
civil_date datetime date of observations

2. QC1 Keywords

num_slit int number of slits
n_lin_av int average number of used lines over all slits
avg_accuracy float mean of model accuracy over all rows (pixel)
sig_accuracy float sigma of model accuracy over all rows (pixel)
max_curv float maximum slit curvature coefficient
max_slope float maximum slit slope coefficient
mean_disp_av float dispersion (Ang/pix) over all slits
resol_avg float mean spectral resolution averaged over whole CCD
resol_rms float rms of spectral resolution over whole CCD
nlines_total float total number of lines
resol_meanrms float mean rms of spectral resolution for each line, averaged over all lines (since 2006-10-01)
nwave int independent number of wavelengths used for resolution (since 2006-10-01)
avg_sn float average S/N in column at central grism wavelength of normalized master flat field from pixels with flux between 0 and 10
npix_sn float percentage of pixels used to calculate average S/N in column at central grism wavelength of normalized master flat field
nflat int number of raw flat used to produce master flat
n_saturated int number of saturated pixels in the flat
