UKIDSS/WFCAM files cannot by processed by the “Header-on-the-fly correction” service, which is called by default. The system should soon be able to recognise that a file cannot be processed by this service and skip this feature automatically. Until then, if you want to request WFCAM files you need to submit your request and disable this feature.

Please note that raw WFCAM files available from the ESO Archive are probably of interest only to users having access to a specialised pipeline, which is not available at ESO. Reduced UKIDSS products, to which astronomers from ESO Member States have special access rights, are available from http://surveys.roe.ac.uk/wsa/.
