Service Mode data are automatically sent to the Principal Investigator when all available data have arrived in Garching, the run has been declared completed or terminated by the User Support Department, and the data have been reviewed and/or processed by the DFO Quality Control group. The Principal Investigators may want to request their raw science data before a Service Mode run has been completed or terminated. For further information, see the next FAQ anwer.
